As part of one of the modules in my first year of university, our tutor (professor) assigned us each, at random, a year ranging from 1905-1995, to represent visually. We were then to deliver our outcomes as either a screen- or risograph-printed poster. I was assigned 1912, and decided to respond with the founding of Girl Scouts of The USA, and how it related to the racist, elitist, false feminism of the era. I printed this with a riso printer, using color separations to delineate the patriotic color scheme chosen.
